Just because you are a “more sensual creature” does not mean that you are not trying to appeal for the exact same inherent biological reasons any human being does.
Fashion might be in part self-expression, but its only ever driven by wanting to establish yourself in the social hierarchy. Whether its for the sake of finding a partner or just looking better than others, its all within the exact same instinctive framework, regardless of testosterone levels.
Nobody dresses up to displease or invoke disgust.
There are hardly any more linear and obvious manifestations of instinct than fashion. Its comically baseline.

Well yes it does. The very feeling of sexyness is palpable to a woman in a way that it isn’t to a man. Not sexyness for the sake of achieving a goal, but the sensual fact of it.

Even today, where men have become extremely effette, a wedding is an affair where women are a colleidoscope of color and shape, while men are extremely slight variations on some innocuous theme. Why is the standard different. Men go to a shop and ask the suit salesman and try on a few things and go “good enough.” Women can spend weeks, months, obsessing over the fabric, the type, change their minds, change it again, confer with eachother, quintuple think it, special order weeks in advance.
It was in sarcasm. They dont invent new trends, they all carry the exact same feather patterns unless a mutation occurs.
The purpose of the display is to show that they are healthy and strong. A good potential mate, and a bad potential opponent.

Actually, I like that example. Look at how women wear their bags, grabbing it, feeling the texture of it, holding it unnecessarily cumbersomely, but at the same time somehow graciously.
Men just buy a Rolex or a chain. It says what it has to say and stays out of the way and you can mostly forget about it.

I think you are confusing roles and situations pretty badly when it comes to this distinction between men and women.
Men are primarily workers. You see them a lot of time in required utilitarian clothing.
You see less working women and they have a lot more freedoms with their clothing than men do, so you make the wrong conclusion that men are somehow not interested in looking good or smth, even though its the exact same for both sexes.
Depending on the work, women too are required to wear utilitarian clothing.
And depending on the setting, lets not even get into the length of custom made male clothes.
So i have no idea why you imply that there is this monumental difference between sexes.

I have had both experiences: third world women and first world white girls. In the third world, they are comfortable and happy with their femininity, and enjoy that thing about life that is most enjoyable (along with the many tribulations of life). They are sexy and like it and are happy about being sensual creatures.
White girls deprive themselves, and are always in a bad mood because they are obsessing over things that only men realy naturally do, because they were told to. Constantly frustrated and unfulfilled. And hilariously unable still to cease being sensual, seeking the sensual things, their bodies and hearts chasing one thing, their brains another.
Personally, I’m done with white girls.
Yes it’s true that girls feel more the pressure to conform than men (because they have less of the murderous instinct that feels able to rebel), and in the first world this has been weaponized against them. To conform into a shape that does not fit them, always angry, always lacking something important. Blackmailed into thinking that being girly diminishes them. As if intelligence had anything to do with any of that shit.

This is just the regular problem with the first world.
Exponentially increasing the quality of life leads to a destructive feedback loop because no living being was meant to just “be”. To just float around with all of its needs being sated, not having to do anything, everything being at it’s fingertips.
We had this discussion in other threads. Liberalism and quality of life improvements are very nice things up till to a point, after which they will start to create the exact opposite effect you’d expect them to.
Limits, barriers, problems, hardships and constraints can be considered all kind of uppity ass mad things from oppression to nuisances, but the truth is that they also serve as a foundation for you to root yourself in reality.
Knowing how far you can stretch before you hit the end of the blanket and yer feet pop out into the cold is stability. Being under an endless blanket under which you can stretch into ad infinitum and never feel the cold reality on your feet is at best confusing and outright existential dread and insanity at worst.
This problem is way more far reaching than just men and women, or for that matter humanity itself.
The fact that negative experiences are baked into the system and a requirement for stable life, is a rabbithole that is all encompassing and goes from biology through sociology to physics and outright to the creation of the universe where we somehow ended up with everything in our reality being dualistic in their nature.
