I really don’t understand your vote-counting/winner declaration system, so I’ll have to take y’all word on that.
An American buddy of mine was helping his Brit pals/us, to understand the US process more fully, during after-politics drinks yesterday… I kinda get it, but we all decided it was weird. 
Well, I’m not from the US either, but I think even for the most political nerd of US citizens it’s confusing this year, because so many of the election reforms pushed by democrats, a lot of them rammed through in the last 2-3 months, are a jumble of insanity.
The commies found an insult that sticks, “vote suppressor,” so judges are terrified to do anything to ensure the integrity of the process.

Edited to add: at our last LEs, the Left encouraged students to vote twice… once at their place of study, and a second time at their permanent home of residence. That’s definitely voter fraud right there…

How does the election work?
The winner of the election is determined through a system called the electoral college. Each of the 50 states, plus Washington DC, is given a number of electoral college votes, adding up to a total of 538 votes. More populous states get more electoral college votes than smaller ones.
A candidate needs to win 270 electoral college votes (50% plus one) to win the election.
In every state except two – Maine and Nebraska – the candidate that gets the most votes wins all of the state’s electoral college votes.
Due to these rules, a candidate can win the election without getting the most votes at the national level. This happened at the last election, in which Donald Trump won a majority of electoral college votes although more people voted for Hillary Clinton across the US.

Now since the First Amendment is effectively undermined and destroyed,
The MSM/Facebook/Twitter/Google all simply spike these stories of fraud, and erase them.
So the Fraud is backed by the DNC. There’s no way not to cheat. They’re immune, and can cheat freely.
By the time it gets to the courts, Supreme Court, the damage is already done.
So all branches of the US government are undermined.
Let’s all not forget that Trump did win Election Day, and MSM did not call it, because they didn’t want to admit the situation.
Now as DNC gets “more time”, after the deadline, they can ship their trucks, vans, and cargo of false ballots wherever they need them, which explains all these “last minute” 100% Biden votes. This is happening as poll-watchers are being purged from stations, and vote counts blocked from public view. This is happening along with Veritas, undercover reporters, ballot watchers are being denied their stories and witnesses in MSM. The “fact-checkers” are part of the cheaters. So it doesn’t even matter if you catch Fraud, because the MSM and Big Tech, part of the corruption, will spike it all.
Since these matters cannot be resolved through the democratic process, then what happens as the alternative?
There are eye-witness accounts and testimonies of 120-year-olds voting, over 90% turnout (statistically impossible, it simply doesn’t happen), over 100% turnout in some areas, on top of all the rest.
However America will not catch wind of these stories because they are being spiked and censored all throughout USA.

You probably cannot prove they are fraudulent votes, but because you also cannot prove they aren’t, the voting system used must be deemed illegal.
In one of the videos above the guy quotes a witness in USPS reporting that a bunch of ballots where isolated and stamped with fake dates.
Let’s say this is not true.
Is it possible?
Yes.
Is it provable?
Not really.
And so all these votes have to be illegal. Just as if I went to a polling booth and said “my friend so and so said he votes for Biden,” even if you are ostensibly suppressing his friend’s vote by invalidating it, it is still illegal and needs to be invalidated.
Obviously democrats aren’t thinking “is it possible that there is fraud or not?”
They are thinking “by whatever means necessary.”
Whatever they say out of their second face.
