Turnips By Ordeal

The sad thing is that MOST foods are having similar effects on society at large… I’ve been in pain and feeling nauseous since last Tuesday and it’s only just wearing off a week later  the culprit… strawberries sprayed with calcium-derived preservative, so I won’t be eating anything I can’t peel

mr,

Perhaps, that would have happened because 4am in the morning is not the right time to eat but to evacuate what has been eaten already during the previous day!

Well, I woke up at 2 or 3 pm if that makes a difference.

It does but only if that is a routine, otherwise not.
Our bodies use to operate according to our biological clocks and that differs from person to person, according to their daily routines.
If you use to eat ragularly at 4am in the morning, it does not make any difference becuause your body will adjust accordingly an expect food at that time.
But, if you are not habitual of it then eating so early in the morning will certainly cause trouble.

I tell you about my case. I have a habit of going to toilet two times in the morning, usually with the difference of 30-40 min. And, that routine is since long.

So, if anyday i have to leave very early and skip my second round, it troubles me the whole day. I cannot eat anything except tea unless i do not go to the toilet once again, no matter how much of the day passes. And, if i tries to eat anything, it causes headache within some min, remains for the whole day, and untimately leads to vomitting and i have to keep on vomitting manytimes until my stomoch becomes completely empty.

Now, there is nothing i can do about it but to follow my biological clock.
