there are no jobs. all the statistics about job growth are a lie. According to the statistics, AI creates more jobs than it takes, which is bs.
corporations post fake job listings. they only do it so you can post your resume so they can collect your data and sell it to partners. corporations often have hundreds or thousands of partners and affiliates.
Capitalism is garbage. It is a darwinian idealogy and not good for nations. Capitalism says only the most greedy win.
Is “only the most greedy win” good for nations? What happens when a foreign nation is more efficient and better at production? What happens when foreign nations can offer lower wages? What happens when a foreign nation happens to have higher IQs than any given nation? What happens when a foreign nation has more resources or better infrastructure?
“It was first used as “capitalisme” by French socialist Louis Blanc in 1850 to describe a system where capital is appropriated by some to the exclusion of others, often to express disapproval. Similar early uses appear in the works of Pierre-Joseph Proudhon around the same period, framing it as an exploitative economic order. The English word “capitalism” emerged around 1854, derived from “capital” + “-ism,” to denote an economic system favouring capitalists and capital concentration.
The related term “capitalist” (as a noun referring to someone using capital productively) dates back even earlier, appearing in a 1633 Dutch newspaper. Marx himself rarely used “capitalism” (Kapitalismus in German); instead, he extensively analysed the "capitalist mode ofproduction"“
So when right-wing conservatives say the original Americans were capitalist, just know that they had no word for Capitalism in the English language in the 1700s and not until 1854 was “Capitalism” a word in the English language.
The Founding Fathers founded America on Americanism. Americanism was the concept that “all men are created equal”, meaning that no man ought to be a slave, serf or servant of another man, and that no man be deprived of liberty because of some supposed moral authority of men.
This was a novel concept at the time, because the rest of the world was full of tyranny and barbarism. We can see Europe trying to revert to this culture of tyranny, with Digital IDs, perhaps tyranny is built into Europe’s DNA.
.
So, in my estimate, I highly doubt any Founding Father would capitulate to modern day Capitalism. Modern day “Capitalism” (for lack of a better term), refers to Corporate tyrants dictating to consumers and workers, it is a form of serfdom or similar to an ancient medieval feudal system. Some Capitalists use literal slave labor as well.
That said there is some good to Capitalism, the injection of Capital into startups, companies, etc. before they are profitable is sometimes mathematically necessary. Some might even view Capitalism as a form of Communism, as it is reliant on contributions and shareholders for growth and business support.
