Unusual consequences of meditation

I’ve tried meditation to remove unconcious programming and subliminal impacts.

I’ve tried:

  • meditating on my self and who I am
  • my free will and ability to choose
  • my thoughts and ability to control them
  • my awareness and rationality
  • the oppositeness of these things to unconcious programming

The strange things is, the practice seems to work, in that they lift the original state. However, the mind seems to resist the meditation, and regresses into behaviours similar (but not identical) to the ones involved during the original state of mind. And after a while, the effect of the meditation fades away, as though it never happened.

On the other hand, some practice did seem to lift the effect in a positive and persistent way. However, I can not understand why it often leads to a sort of resistance/regression. My only guess is that the mind does not ‘like’ the meditation, because it is in some way unethical or undesirable, and tries to revert its effects.

While the meditation was sometimes effective, I can only guess that some parts of the meditation were more desirable, or that the meditation sometimes overlapped with something better. However, it is not obvious what exactly it is from the practice I described.

I’m curious about what ideas or insights anyone might have.

Types of meditation determine the range and the degree of conscious manifestation of conscious or unconscious content of meditative states.

The image of meditating is more certainly one based on an acquired vision of how to achieve the goals of it, while the imaginative process remains fixed to traditional means to attain them.

An asexual, atypical source mostly remains fixed in an ‘unconscious’ realm, which can not attend to these means, they due process feelings which trigger quasi meditative states.

A standard textbook means, reduces such unknown states, they do form particular structural responses, which can or can not work to achieve said goals.

Even the modern constructive process of ‘edging’ a singular practice which works on the principle of energy conservation, has evolved into a generalized proto-function of the ancient mind-body problem. , meaning the atypical process has been designed premordially with a generally felt objectivity.

As specific applications are sought to proceed. much of the Reichian orgasmic energy has been reduced from its ballast.

The atypical prior content has/is converted to the more objectively typical conservation between the energy which sustains a timeless specially fixed limit, and then analysis fails to address such fixations on the solitary/singular level.

The more associated process of common objectives reverses the polarity between the analytically reductive and the synthetically manageable areas of consideration.

The imagination is enhanced by the contraction of the paradigm ideal image., and the unhappiness of civilization can be mitigated accordingly.

Guess, that the reduction in final analysis does lead to the anger felt state, literally mimicking aggression in evolutionary pre-development, and only a magical interference can avert total loss of the ‘proto-soul’. Now to rally against such analysis in this ground, would or could decode the control issues which appear as axiomatic to such feelings, it will certainly be pointless for a newer type of objective to such analysis will certainly be resisted.

That is why such epitypical approaches fail, and the authority of sources of magic will triumph and become hardwired , to sustain paradoxical to enigmatic proportions.

Maybe you need to stop thinking so much and stop trying to not think.

Take a long, long walk - many of them. When a thought comes to you, simply let a breeze take it away. When another thought comes to you, let a breeze take it away.

Still the mind - just be.

You have to meditate as (or more) habitually as what you are trying to deprogram, and celebrate your successes. The new program will take as long to habituate as the old program was habitual. (That’s if it is even a habituated program. Focus on the things that you can change. Ask why you want to change the things that you can’t.)

Where the heck have you even been?

Not all meditation is sitting in a meditation pose on the ground with your eyes close, Japanese Zen Buddhists would come up with the sense of meditation through work or labor. I like to think when I am working daily I meditate simultaneously. Plus it helps the time go faster while working which is a plus.

I find that I do my best meditating while working. Sometimes it’s the simplest of gestures or activities that relaxes the mind and consciousness into a meditative state.

If you meditate then make sure that your starting philosophy is balanced and unbiased.

Remove all biases including religious biases or you will get totally lost and end up in a delusional misrepresentation of reality of your own making.

There are 3 starting philosophies,

+=- and -=+ philosophy which is biased.

+=+ and -=- philosophy which is biased.

+/-=+/- philosophy which is balanced and unbiased.

The Lotus Sutra or Nichiren meditation does not require any type of formal meditation, but it does combine with the Zen Buddhist, koan type of mantra, the way Arcturus describes it uses Zen verses that liberate with strictly linked logical systems. At the very least, attachment, of the human interaction set is not what Buddha conceivably thought as attachments wish should be abandoned.

The progression from lower species, lower species does not break the pattern when it connects those which are of ideal conceptionsconsist of.

They much resemble described by Plato , as a set of progressive steps, resulting a cogent way to reach higher consciousness. For the uninitiated, the principle suggested without a long winding road , is to adopt a ‘Mystic Law’ that absolute belief will generate. Such ‘transcendence’. The other way become accessible to practitioners willing to follow the painfulllings subversion into the dark life which follows the Buddhist model. At the moment when this happens, Buddhism an internal process grows into consciousness like from an unconscious seed of realization of the self.

Jung first used the term “active imagination” in 1935. He called it a “method,” which “to some extent takes the place of dreams.”

Elsewhere Jung referred to active imagination as “visionary meditation,” a “psychological process,” “a sequence of fantasies produced by deliberate concentration,” “a method … of introspection for observing the stream of interior images.” and a method which “enables us to get an active grasp of things that also find expression in dream life.

The process is in both cases an irrigation of the conscious mind by the unconscious,…”

I was advising @meno41/William Gundry not to take the Ich-troll’s [negative] advice, but to take Arcturus’ [positive] approach to meditation.

..William G was talking about his progress with his meditating and the constraints that he met along the way.. it happens, even with the most pro of meditators, as it’s par for the course.

Kind of fits with the programs near simultaneous equalization of seeking to eradicate the difference between quantum physical charges canceling each other ( negative way to gain apparent equanimity or balance) versus that of the synthetic solution( apparently a lasting yet apprehensive model)

I was aiming to neutralize Ishthus 77’s negative approach , as it argues against a modular variability, and doubling down on the early tenure of Pope Francis, who really shouldn’t have died in office.a/
