I am thinking of starting a website, using the motto Constituimus Dum Vadimus. It is about being in control of one’s fate, while at the same time being neutral. Does constituimus dum vadimus work for that? It roughly means, “We are making it up as we go along”.

No, but it is philosophical in nature. It’s based upon the ideas of apathetic agnosticism and libertarian socialism. It’s basically about a permissive society.
