Naw ur good. I think I’m onna come up, actually. I slept for three straight hours last night and this morning I didn’t have to stretch as long to get the pain level down to manageable.
This may just end up being another episode, but one that’s taking longer to heal, and involves new, different kinds of pains.
I know I hadn’t done any trauma to my back when this happened because I hadn’t lifted anything really heavy recently enough. It was something done in that ballerina stretch I think. I pulled some stuff out of place or something, and this complemented the other normal pains from the length discrepancy and the poor disc spaces between L5-S1.
So then this is going to end up being a long, painful waiting period for something that will heal naturally (or correct itself as much as possible).
I’m still pursuing the orthodic lift at least… and 4 that, u gotta get em to put me in front of this machine. This might end up requiring an act of congress to happen, I dunno.
