Just think about it way better than the world we have that’s bound by laws of physics and human imperfection if words had the power to change reality then a person’s reality could become perfect.

Both but moreso spoken words.
Spoken words do have the ability to change reality. You can’t think of any situation where someone can speak and reality is afterwards changed because of what they said?
It’s not magic, just normal cause-and-effect.
