God doesn’t have a language. Language is fallible and God is not, if God decided he needed to let you in on something, you’d simply know, most likely accompanied by a manifestation of some mirrors and lazers show.

God himself doesnt need to speak, but according to Islam he does so in Arabic when ordering the Angels about and the Angels speak Arabic amongst themselves.
If you are going to take this seriously, it will be an old form of Arabic (Arabic is the oldest language in the family of languages that includes Hebrew, etc).
Of course, theres no reason to believe that the angelic language pays attention to human linguistic universals, so it might be entirely different.
Whatever it is, its certainly not Enochian 
WILD DIGRESSION:
for myself, an RPG i was running with angels and devils as characters i constructed a language with a quadra-consonental root morphology (arabic is tri-consonantal) and deliberately stuck to numbers of concepts with numerological significance, and played around with Atbash to get opposites and stuff like that.
I made the differences between Divine and Fallen angelic tongues almost purely phonetic (Fallen is more irregular and despised terms are forgotten and replaced with compound terms that allude to them, Divine is ultra-regular and compound terms are frowned upon).
The quadra-consonant thing allowed me to play with stuff like YHWH (Fallen pronounciation: JHVH) too to create cool constructions.
Ok, lets deversify. Presume that God made man in his own image. If the first man was African origin, does God have African features? Does God have Jewish features?
Jesus was the son of God presumably.
Have you seen the image of Jesus? It was made on a computer using Jewish features. Jesus presumably had a broader nose than English/american, and short dark, curly hair. Does God have such features as Jew, or African?
Also, if we get to Heaven, and speak our own tongue, do we get divided into groups of our own tongue? Would we automatically divide ourselves into groups of people that we can speak to?
Or is there a universal language in Heaven?

Probably every language…got a spanish speaking individual, God can telepathically communicate with that individual in spanish…
Japanese? He’s got that covered too. Remember, God is omniscient, so before the universe began he must have known that the spanish and japanese language(and english, etc. etc.) possibly could exist (of course it would take his efforts to realize the prevision, or allow random chance and the laws of physics to do the job for him).
The language of heaven? Who knows? …there is probably some type of language…even if it is just mental images. (Conceptually and propositionally speaking)

One would hope that each God would be able to speak the native tongue of his or her people.
