Hell is a state of mind Artimas and as such it exists.,just waiting, just flowing in and out of those empty spaces waiting to envelope us, to have a stranglehold on us.
Sometimes reality is what others make it for us. Hell is the damage which we have to flow through til we are capable of coming out onto the other side. The mind is a multi-faceted structure.
Tunnel vision is a small part of it.
Happiness is also somewhere waiting to flow in and then again flow back out again. A positive energy that shows itself in an instant. It really is like a butterfly that alights for a moment on our shoulder or on a flower to be enjoyed - then the energy sweeps away. Maybe it can be compared to a rainbow - it’s there and it’s enjoyed amazingly for its beauty and then it slowly dissapates but the energy is left within and we fix our gaze on that spot in the sky continuing to look for it.
Happiness is not found it is created, hell would be the opposite of happiness and paradise. Which means it would also be created not simply found.

Don’t believe in paradise or hell outside of being individual creations. It is still left up to the individual If someone commits suicide, they choose it on their own, they choose to not endure. It doesn’t mean they aren’t able to.
