What to do with blunted objects of thought...

The metaphor of making a point always reminds me of a caveman sharpening a stick for use. This idea of sharp useage is very important to us. We seem to discard things that dont make points beause we think we cannot gain anything from the blunt metaphor. The fact remains, we live in a world of many more blunt obtuse ideas than sharp reasonable ones. My guess is that there are far more nonsensical sound groupings than there are actual words of which we are familar. The combination of nonsense and gibberish are infinite, while the rest are limited, but get repeated use.

My question is, do we continue to discard the dull blade of thought. Where is it discarded to, the subconscious? You know, you can see the New Jersey landfill from space? Its that big!

It possibly is stuck into subconcious, like trivia. Watch a triva game or two in a row. You know you know the answer but, you can’t seem to find it. when they say the answer you say “I knew that!” It comes to the front of your head along with other clinging bits of trivia.

These things are not forgotten they are just stored away in the attic of our brain until we find a need for it. If we are lucky we can find it right away, if not we stand there looking lost and stupid as we rummage through our brain. If you are like me the answer shows up way after the time I really needed it. Like a slap in the face
