It’s proven, lying involves more parts of your brain than does telling the truth.
“Government- Small group of people who [are given] special status of authority via a form of [common agreement or democracy] who [make policy decisions] in order to [appease] the majority all the while they [are humans, and succomb to human foibles].”
Both these definitions are specific to a certain ideal, mine the positive, yours the negative. Neither is the definition of government generally.
Crap.
They aren’t intelligent, the typical citizen is just extraordinarily idiotic.
