Before…

After… just the giant prawn and 5 large prawns, in a sweet chilli/ginger marinade… having the (live) crab for supper

I’ll silence myself thank you… my mental health is sound… always has been… the NHS can vouch ; ) in-fact they love me :smiley: I think you’re thinking of yourself in the ‘crazy’ respect and if you are not involved then move along and silence yourself.

…a diced chicken-breast and diced large king-prawn stir-fry, fried up with carrot, 3 shades of capsicum, celery, radish, courgette, Batavia leaves, grated ginger, a chopped red chilli… simply seasoned with sea salt flakes, freshly-cracked black pepper, and drizzled with olive oil - such fresh clean flavours, where the produce provides the majority of the flavour.

…marinading (in a ginger, radish, chilli, salt, pepper, fresh coriander, fresh saffron, and olive oil marinade) for an hour, before going into a 160c oven for 2 hours… might serve it with sweet-potato mash and a simple salad. :-k

…today, a beef-burger in a lettuce bun, topped with fried yellow capsicum and celery strips and watercress, instead of onions and pickles. The burger was seasoned with diced radish and ginger, and fresh chilli and coriander, and salt n pepper obvs, and was delicious… but it could have done with more salt.

The remainder of the burger mix made into a burger… avec plus du sel, which made the flavours combine so much better for a more robust taste. A chicken wing broth for supper later, perhaps. :-k

…griddled chicken legs are on the menu, for soon… but what to have with them? a Summer salad… a pan-fried medley of vegetables? I think the latter… from my below box of (Organic vegetable) tricks.

A ton of buttered theater popcorn and a Coke Zero which caused burps rising from the bowels of Tartarus.

found some random grease pit type burger joint in a little town in the mountains and fucked around and ordered this absurd burger with 2, 8oz patties and managed to kill it but didn’t touch the fries. hours later made it to aspen and had some cheese and cured meats and then a pork loin dish. the aspen food was good but i kinda want that burger again

Cotton and I will be having left-over chicken breasts. I’ll also have anchovies/cream cheese/garlic salt stuffed celery.

Nothing quite like dicing anchovies with your finger nails. #-o
