Nietzsche shortcuts

Cezar, culture depreciates on the flip of a coin, nothing depreciates faster without massive overlaying of ritual. Ritual is tactical thought with a strategic mindset forced into the unconscious.

Technical thought dominates currently. The capacity to infinitely reorient to new art, ideas, landmarks, philosophies is instant and perishable.

This is cultivating aspects of INTJ thought- it’s very much our civilization. The fundamental issue is, most people can’t cognitively pull off that thinking style.

Eventually, our tech will formalize, much as early twentieth century tech did, and variations will narrow.

My area went from wilderness to the very heart of the US’s industrialization process, and then collapsed. Our infrastructure was attuned- goads, rails, and bridges to tax collection and civic administration, to a dualism of capitalism working with democracy. Now it’s entrenched socialistic taxing, police operating not through tax but grants (hence our inability to control them), and the rise of big as well as small casinos.

The culture is Facebook, YouTube. Teachers telling them massive debt for college is only way to succeed, mortgage gets a house, and they are entitled to dream any dream, so long as its degree backed.

I know your Yugoslavia was fucked up by socialism too, but wasn’t perfect prior either. Your village is impoverished. However, they are also stagnant… largely unable to leave.

Many do leave here… their teachers tell them ‘so and so has the best financial possibilities’ and those most easiest lured my safety, easy wealth, and short term sheltered gain rush it. If its a trade, they glut the market with the skill, if another country, they eagerly learn the language.

However, everything these days is largely group think internationally.

It’s easier for me to train a student in military philosophy because despite the ways you rework the logic of the mind over a few years to absorb it, the physical component sets you isolated… hiking, or learning to think on the basis of threat assessment first… these are solitary acts even when in a group. It’s a better platform for long term growth.

This being martial philosophy is as broad and ancient as civil schools of philosophy. The idea of a corps maintaining a ‘culture of rules and rituals’ is easy to believe, of long term philosophical emphasis much less… it’s been tried countless times, and produces unique paradoxes in adaption… it’s not possible.

I prefer technological fixes. Fix food supply, for my camera tech to stabilize drug/terrorism, etc that can be built upon by others down the road.

This current culture of socialism, civic neglect, and hatred of forms and rituals will pass… we entered into it during the Rosicrucian era, the rebellions of the young hegelians (Nietzsche included) overthrew much in Europe… But all it did was make certain personality types in culture exhibit the same shit headed behaviors of the old regime.

We live in a era of self hatred, confusion, atheism, suicide, and drug use… and we’re told it’s reason- the triumph of enlightenment. We even have a doctor in the US delivering babies and then decapitating them! Yes, reason indeed. Soylent Green was reason too.

It will pass, there is too much instability and malaise, too much of the population is frantic for a solution… hence the embrace of a easy fix, in large part the cause of the crisis- socialism.

Once it occurs to administrators that having a settled, productive and largely self sufficient population is a good thing, and not the far flung absurd acrobatics of this age of neglect and poorly thought out idealism, things will change.

The only growth construction wise in the US, using new architecture, are spiraling, out of control university complexes teaching everything quite poorly… the rush to standardize electronic innovations and intergrate them more and more intuitively sounds great to the universities, but will eventually in tern be their undoings.

Once that happens, it will be very difficult for the personality types, such as Sauwelios, to disperse their ideas in a acceptable format. Likewise, INTJs will have less influence as a IPhone version 47 just isn’t going to be anymore impressing than the ten version prior to it… with the major apps preloaded.

Once that happens, your era of stagnant, maliable culture will reoccure. It’s a kind of kyklos cycle for personality receptivity to civilization. When writing and ocean trade occur, we had a similar destabilization.

The slave needs a master. The Christian needs an “evil man” to justify his will to power … because he was taught for centuries that those on top of the society are evil, and now … look who is on top of the society … Christians have no more consolation … that is why drugs are everywhere in the democratic parliaments, detected in the toilets … as Nietzsche said, now they will see that they have not more right than their enemies and that they stand on the same ground of will to power and desire the same hated political power as their enemies. And that is what leads them to destruction (or even the morality to self-destrucion)… when it shows up as immoral … then the self-destruction of the futile occurs… with drugs (“poisoning”) etc.

Why would CN celebrate anybody posting about Nietzsche on an internet forum? Perhaps he thinks the democrats need to rule in order to keep the world safe from people who read Nietzsche? Is that the new consolation of the Christians?

Where would the moderators stand if that were the case?

Contra-Nietzsche, you puzzle me.

Lately I have sort of made him my hobby, but certainly not to the extend that he made Cezar his.

C-N (and others), don’t derail the thread. If there’s anything else you want to talk about, please start a new one.

And everyone: keep things civil.

It could be Vollgraff is involved too:

Two scenes, maybe TSZ - relevant. Both dealing with morals.

Basically, a culture declines when the language degenerates. (this is now independent from the post) Customs and morals too. The point is that it seems that the German language didn’t degenerate until the end: thus the decadence must come from outside, not from the weakness! but luxury etc. already entered the society(it was also beloved by the northern German barbarians bordering with Rome). Nietzsche’s answer was that the Western decadence comes from Christianity, because the Christian god wants luxury - he is an old decadent man. That is why N’s Zarathustra attacks Christianity and fights for the moral renewal of Europe. But Zumpt gives a good argument (at the end of the book) by claiming that Christianity actually desires sensual pleasures and is fully in harmony with the Roman decadence, well as it’s religious expression and even the “heavenly kingdom” on Earth is to be imagined as a decadent party. Such arguments would give a stronger sound to his Antichrist.

Here they are, all together, Including Vollgraff!

Vollgraff: Anthropognosie, Ethnognosie, Polygnosie … I have the feeling that sentences from TSZ are already raining there!

A documentary: The Power of Nightmares – The Rise of the Politics of Fear

“Oh, why am I a decadent? Wait, I need to kill the evil, if I don’t kill the evil, I will remain a decadent!”

“Death of the people” from TSZ was probably happening from the 13th until the 15th century. Vollgraff puts 3 markers into the history of people and sets a lifetime of 800+300 for each population. The beginning of all European populations is set in the Migration Period and finds an equivalent period in ancient Greece in the conquest of Troy. The second marker are the invasions of the crusaders and its equivalent are the Persian invasions. But it is remarkable that this invasions are not going from the same directions.
And the third marker was laid at the point of appearance of the Great Men of whom the 15th century was full, and it’s equivalent in ancient Greece was Alexander. The period around the 10th century was the time where many European people have abandoned their religions and gods, which is for Zarathustra a crucial sign.

Here is an aphorism from Karl Friedrich Vollgraff which explains in my opinion a half of Thus Spoke Zarathustra. It is in German, but that could be a good filter against the flies from the market

We can remember how many excellent people were expelled from Athens through ostracism and atimia.

Is this not Zarathustra?

- Vollgraff, Oekumenische Politik, §. 6. 7. Was ist Aufklärung?

“Freundschaft ist das Zusammenfliefsen zweier Willen in einen, so dafs daraus nun ein Leben zweier Wesen entsteht” - Vollgraff. Wahre Freundschaft ist also wenn man alles für das andere Wesen tut, während die wahre Liebe nur ein Wunsch nach alles-tun ist und deshalb unter der wahren Freundschaft steht. “Nicht Mangel an Liebe sondern Mangel an Freundschaft macht schlechte Ehen.” - Friedrich Nietzsche

When Nietzsche said he would give a deadly stroke to all modern people, this can be founded in the entire book of Vollgraff called Modern nations of Europe

Selbstsucht (selfishness) which is usually a bad passion, has a noble exception/modus:

“Die Wissenschaften werden vielleicht einmal von den Frauen betrieben: die Männer sollen geistig schaffen, Staaten Gesetze Kunstwerke usw.” - Nietzsche, 1875
