Yes, you’re the only scientist here. Sounds a bit narcissistic if you ask me. I guess all of those scientists in labs and working the telescopes of which you don’t have are wrong.
I don’t need a mirror, I have self-reflected enough. My mind is open, when the evidence is provided to change it.
Oh, I don’t believe everything they say. I just think there is good evidence to support that the big bang happened. I don’t disagree with mainstream science becoming egotistical, as religion has always been.
There are fundamental approaches to solving the problems of life. One is to consult holy books and use the interpretations as guides. The other approach is to ignore holy books and rely on reasoning. Reasoning requires imagining a future state and analyzing its value. Something Artimas and Turtle are unwilling/unable to do.
Of course I rely on reasoning, and I am sure turtle and Artimas do as well. But I think reasoning ultimately submits to human passion.
You know the line from Hume: “Reason is, and ought only to be the slave of the passions, and can never pretend to any other office than to serve and obey them.”
I also deign to propose that there is a method in ALL madness.
There should be a reason provided for why we should use a better method of harvesting energy to be distributed equally among the people of the world, as the world is everyone’s not simply those who can ‘afford’ it. Doing so is an ill experiment?
If you can’t see the reason just by looking at the reality we live, that says enough on it’s own.
It is interesting that the same person who professes common pop-science as “facts” also professes that Telsa energy schemes are viable, despite that same pop-science preaching.
I just can’t stand when people spout ignorance is all… It just gets me. I’m all for helping create a new idea, but how will it help create a new and better reality if the people remain so uninformed/misinformed?
Ignorance is the beginning of negative, buying into misinformation is the next.
