An external action is an advance from the decision to act externally that is an advance from the internal act of perception about (which is an advance from) sense experience that is an advance from the THING that triggered/catalyzed it. If the external action changes the THING to be in conformity with the decision … then what motivated the action no longer motivates it, and action ceases. If the THING is creative, and decisions are aligned with it (rather than attempting to change it), creativity always motivates action, and action never ceases.
