I am not Iranian, I have never been to Iran, and I do not know any Iranian people. Nor have I studied their government. That being said, I would assume the Iranian government is a shit oppressive tyrannical corrupt regime like most (all?) governments are or at least tend toward being.

It would be a world where you would answer for, and have to stand up for, yourself, as well as show that you are a man of your word and worthy of trust.

I have a question. If one of the syndicates disagrees with another one of the syndicate’s decision to render punishment unto a citizen of the gangsta polis, will the former syndicate do its duty to protect the citizen from what it perceives as an injustice on the the part of the other syndicate wanting to punish the citizen?
To resolve this logical problem, you must either obligate all syndicates to render the same judgment - in which case you no longer have many syndicates but a single syndicate and this thread was dead three days ago (when i shut it down the first time) - or you can no longer rely on the syndicate protecting you and you are no longer obligated to recognize it as an authority.
Or, are there many little cities of people with their respective biker gang protectors? If so, can I murder a dude in district 5 and then slip into district 8 and not worry about extradition? Or does the bikers from 5 come into 8 to get me… even though the biker protectors in 8 believe the murder was in justified self-defense? Will they prevent the boys from 5 from taking me away?

You find out very quickly there is always somebody else who is much more stronger, smarter, and ruthless than yourself where you have to sleep with one eye open on the look out for those who want to eat you in your sleep.
