They may, or they may have used up all their luck/bribe money in that one amazing game against the Czechs.
I’ve essentially been supporting Croatia ever since they taught England a footballing lesson, and as an Englander it kills me to see Germany doing well.
Well, that was a turn up for the books. Though, to be quite honest, the Turks played like wankers for most of the game. Thank God, or rather Allah, that Ruştu was up to scratch.
We are so screwed. But then, I’ve been saying that for the last three matches.
I predict two of Germany’s forwards will be struck by lightning in the first half, and Allah himself will come down and score the winning goal in the second.
Btw, we also have the best manager - Fatih Terim.
Makes all those Euro managers look like pastey-faced cottagers.
Three games in a row, Turkey have played like shit, been outdone by the opposition and still won.
The only way they can redeem themselves in my eyes is if they put the Germans out. If they do that, all will be forgiven. Until then, they are the anti Christ (or anti Mohammed, if you prefer) of football.
I think Turkey showed great spirit. Yes they were not the better team and everyone knew it, but they stuck to their task, and never NEVER gave up. Often in football that is what pulls you through games more than skill and natural talent.
Interesting fact, Turkey have only been leading in the four games they have played for 5 mins. A true embodiment of never giving up.
turkey has a shit squad, at least half the team has no place playing in this tournament but yeah from some miracle they’re in the semis. at least they can win a game unlike england hehehe england lost to croatia, turkey beat croatia, therefore turkey is better than england
