Genocide in Gaza? Part II

.
None of it… it’s called sarcasm.

I hope that that news item is not the case, but if it is I propose that all the Left of centre Parties go to the frontline first.

Ah okay, linking again without writing anything about what you actually think of it. Fun times.

There is text in the preview box, so… I guess the Art of Conversation is dead.
.
How do you feel about the news and what I said?

Yes, when you link to stuff and don’t say a single word about it, conversation dies. That’s one of the wonderful reasons why we strongly encourage you to not do what you keep on doing.

Please do not treat this forum like a link dump.

LOL

I’ve seen other members post a link, without saying much about it, but keep on keeping on singling me out won’tcha!

Are you exercising your manly male might, against my twee female rights?

What I’ve seen is

1 member keep doing it, and refusing to comply with requests to actually add some content with his links, and he got so frustrated with those requests that he left entirely and no longer posts here

2 members who post links with no content from time to time, both of whom were politely asked to start posting with content with the links, and both of which did subsequently comply and apparently understood the value of that request

And then you.

Feel free to report posts of others with this same behaviour though. I will look into it.

Ok Carleas, will do…

Never again Auschwitz! Say it, Bob!

I note you only say never again Auschwitz, but never again means all of it. The whole horror is being repeated in Palestine.

Yeah Iran needs to get out like Hitler.

Jesus said: “Blessed are the peacemakers.”

“My Kingdom is not of this world. If My Kingdom were of this world, then would My servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews. But now is My Kingdom not from hence.”

Therefore, followers of Jesus do not choose sides in violent conflicts. Rather, they pray and work for peace like Jesus did.

The followers of Jesus lift up the people that are beaten in the street. They turn over the tables of the religious leaders who are profiting off of innocent, ignorant people. They call a snake a snake. They put people out who stir up trouble.

And suchlike.

Jesus was just one man. Why didn’t the moneychangers in the temple overpower him?

Your money is all over the floor. What do you do?

I dunno. Just a guess.

Plus he was teaching from Scripture, and they (the crowd, not just those making money off them) knew he was right.

Didn’t mean they didn’t start devising how to get rid of him.

Just like they got rid of John the Baptist, but not in front of an amazed crowd.

They were crowd pleasers much like many politicians/leaders today.

John the Baptist called people away from temple worship to repent in the wilderness. When the Baptist was murdered, Jesus, who up until then was his follower, became the movement’s leader. That explains why, in the synoptics Jesus’ ministry only lasts a year whereas in John’s gospel, it lasts three. The first two are when he was a disciple of the Baptist. Or, at least that’s a charitable hypothesis in an effort to reconcile conflicting accounts.

I’ve seen your other threads on Christianity. I refer you to the McGrews, cuz.

So you viciously attack Bob for his moral position regarding Israel, but you can’t support you own and defer to some pastoral authorities for yours? See there’s the problem. This question can’t be answered historically. It requires subjectivity. And if you don’t know who you are, you’re sunk.

The opposite of everything you said… is the case.

Ask the McGrews.
