None, at the moment.
Bruh what?
You can’t name even ONE good show?
Want me to let you in on a little secret?
In 10-20 years from now, what we call movies and TV shows will be looked back on as the silly little precursors of real life. What do I mean? I mean people will fully immerse in these stories, but not only with their vision and hearing. I mean full body all 5 senses total immersion. You will FEEL everything. That will be the common, normal form of experiencing entertainment. These things will become your vivid lived memories.
So now that you know this future development, what will you do? Are you willing to actually put your life out there and try to find some truly epic stories to suffuse your mind with/into? To grow, to learn, to be in new ways? Which will give you even further and deeper insights into who and what you already were and are?
Or just be a peon. No class, no etherics, no universals. Your move.
Why immersively experience fantasy, when we can simply apply that to reality and vicariously live through that instead… you know, like nature intended?
I have never equated cinematic media with reality and called it real life.

Do I (anyone) require continuous cinematic immersion, to achieve mental<—>physical liberation of mind<—>body?

Assumptions^ on my true character and nature, that you know not of.
…perhaps I don’t want my corporeal experiences marred by the incorporeal, anymore than it already has been… so I choose my selectivity, wisely.
Peaky Blinders was great.
3 Body Problem was ok but too many plot inconsistencies.
Alice in Borderland was great.
umm what else
A Very Murray Christmas
Grantchester… always a riveting watch
Endeavour… very clever plots
Hunted… stalking humans, at its best
Scream Queens… it’s a scream
Celebs Go Dating… how the other half flirts
Made in Chelsea… how the other half lives
Killing Eve… at times, disturbing
Midsommer Murders… plot twists, much
Vikings and Vikings Valhalla is on Netflix now, stranger things is great, peaky blinders is great, master of none (if it’s still on Netflix), squid game, the gentlemen, Ballers(if you like American football). Black mirror, walking dead, death, love and robots.
Fall out on Amazon is great, last of us on HBO max, halo is decent on paramount. I know more but I can’t think of them all atm… obviously Game of thrones and house of the dragon too.
Yeah 3 body problem was a cool concept tbh, they didn’t really capture it in the best way imo.
Porn is gonna be crazy then, lmao.
Wheel of Time, DARK, Archive 81, Mr. Robot, Legion, Altered Carbon, The Magicians, Westworld, Maniac, Brand New Cherry Flavor, You, Travelers, Ratched, Queens Gambit, Vikings Valhalla, Stranger Things, Sandman, Cabinet of Curiosities, Locke & Key… man I can go on forever honestly.
Endeavor is really good. Grantchester is also not bad. Just not as good as Endeavor.
No one will ever leave their home coom pod.
Right, there were some obvious plot holes they didn’t address. Otherwise it was good. It started strong, peaked well in the middle, but then was a gradual decline imo.
Vikings, Stranger Things, Squid Game, Black Mirror, hell yeah these are all top notch.
All of Us Are Dead, Kingdom, and The Glory are some other great Korean series that should still be on Netflix. And I recently saw they added GTO, Great Teacher Onizuka, looool. Tops old school anime.
And the live action remake that recently came out of Parasyte isn’t bad. Not 10/10 like the anime, more like a 8.7 or 8.8 I’d say. But really looking forward to season 2, just based on how they ended season 1.
.
Endeavour is so well-scripted… the plots and actors, perfectly selected, to create a riveting-watch each episode.
Yes, the only thing I didn’t like about it was they over-play the back and forth between him and that girl, the police guy’s daughter. Plus how that whole thing ends, I won’t say in case you haven’t finished all of the episodes yet. But yeah, also they push too hard into the “family drama dynamics” to get more emotional investment and create conflict but it’s too artificial. Just stick to the plot, no need for random extra drama that doesn’t even make sense based on the characters in question.
There’s a Japanese TV show from 2019 called Sherlock, it’s a remake of Sherlock Holmes but with a female Japanese woman as the detective. It’s really good, you might like it since you seem to be into the detective genre.
This morning I inserted myself into a game of pretend and told them it was real life, and was told back that it was a movie, and I told them back that I’m pretty sure it was real life, and they said how do I know it isn’t a movie? I pretended I was @Ecmandu giving them their powers, and the alpha got jealous of my hilarity. I toned it down a bit. Eased back up to full hilarity when I could… these things are touch & go. Alphas are fragile.
