rational metaphysics, as it were. That’s a very expensive oxymoron if i may say so.

How is “rational metaphysics” an oxymoron?

Do you equate metaphysics with faith/consent? Faith/consent is not in conflict with reason.

For example… reason is in our nature… so any explanation of nature must include creativity, as reason is how we can go with/against the flow/natural on purpose.

Somewhat on topic.
