How does foreign mass immigration interact and serve economic capitalism?
What you have in the west is western capitalists working to enrich themselves with foreign mass immigration and foreign capitalists enriching themselves by sending people into the west, more specifically the undesirable segments of their own population they want to get rid of. In this thread we’re going to explore how that dynamic works economically.
In a foreign nation the capitalists and heads of state think to themselves how they can unburden themselves of all their poor segments of their population reducing public national welfare, homeless people, or the working poor by relocating them elsewhere outside of the nation into the west. What they do is communicate with western capitalists who are always looking to cut costs and wages of its domestic working class by importing foreign workers who are then used as a wrecking ball against domestic western workers by cutting down on their living standards through worker population replacement. Once this transaction is completed the foreign workers from their own nations lose all economic autonomy and so does the domestic working class in the west as well. In all instances the foreign and domestic worker alike loses in all regards.
Throughout this dynamic and exchange through open borders or unlimited foreign immigration the foreign capitalist wins because they unload their poor citizens elsewhere onto western nations, the western capitalist wins because they have a new population resource to financially exploit cutting down labor costs or wages domestically, and finally, both the foreign worker along with the domestic western worker loses tremendously because both have lost all semblance of working class autonomy unable to have any political representation of themselves whatsoever throughout the whole process of economic exploitation.
Mass foreign immigration into the west is the exploitation of foreign workers globally just as it is also the exploitation of indigenous domestic workers inside the west. The only people who win from mass foreign immigration into the west are capitalists from around the world who profit massively off of it.
What does the word “foreign” do here? “global foreign mass immigration” - is there another type of global immigration? Is there non-foreign global immigration?
“You don’t get it, places like Alligator Alcatraz are concentration camps being built by the government for migrants and immigrants.”
Ever been to a inner city homeless shelter or neighborhood where the homeless are concentrated? A migrant detention center is the Riviera Inn by comparison. For twenty plus years nobody has said anything about the living conditions of the homeless people in this nation, nobody has batted an eye, and nobody has protested but now all of a sudden people are concerned about the living conditions of illegal immigrants inside detention centers. It’s enough to make me want to vomit seeing the utter hypocrisy of it all.
There’s never been any outrage for our national homeless citizens who die by the thousands every single year when winter arrives annually but we’re expected to have public outrage for people who come into this nation illegally. This nation is the epitome of evil and moral bankruptcy.
This is what happens when you have two indepedently operating governments. State’s govern themselves and are called responsible for their homeless problems by the federal government, while the federal government is responsible for handling immigration.
The federal gov’s endgame is to spend as little money as possible on the individual states… so homeless shelters are the last thing to be well financed.
You’ve got too many chiefs making decisions and causing problems for the other chiefs. The whole superstructure of the liberal democratic government model is wrong. Federal, state, legislative, judicial, executive… all unnecessary divisions that only cause problems.
I’m actually pretty sure the very people who are concerned about the situation for the immigrants tend to, politically, be the same kind of people also concerned for improving living standards for the homeless and unemployed.
I’ve been homeless and have lived on the streets years past. I bet you haven’t been put in that situation at all in life.
Some of the worst homeless shelters I have seen have been in democratic liberal states or cities, they’re all run like miniature concentration camps but will never receive enough public spotlight like illegal immigrants do today. Nobody cares about our poorest citizens among us and they die by the thousands every single year yet we’re told that we should care about illegal immigrants who are our population economic replacements. Hypocrisy at its finest.
Of course, the extremely wealthy and rich like splintered divided weak deregulated forms of government because then there is nobody powerful enough in resources, money, and organization to challenge them. That’s essentially what liberalism is all about and why the wealthy like it so much as a political system.
What’s ridiculous is we’re suppose to be the world’s sanctuary but we cannot even take care of our own poor people domestically.
If you cannot take care of your own poor citizens taking on millions of foreign non-citizen poor people every year is absurd, yet every year our domestic population is told to absorb millions of foreigners every single year. It doesn’t improve our national economic situation whatsoever.
Get back to me when you cannot count on all your fingers of your hands how many times you came close to freezing to death through countless many winters.
In any case, now that the oppression Olympics are over, what I said is still true: a huge portion of the people outraged at conditions for illegal immigrants are also the same sort of people who argue we should allocate more tax money to low income people, especially children of low income parents and homeless people. I don’t see the hypocrisy you see. I think you’ve just invented people to be mad about to be honest.
They’ve been ignoring homeless and poor people in this nation for decades, the fact of the matter as to why illegal immigrants is garnishing more attention now is because they’re a tool in the corporate tool kit of cutting wages and business costs in this nation for the super wealthy.
Thousands of homeless people die every single year in this nation where there is no mass protests whatsoever over that nationwide, but now people want to cry about illegal immigrants claiming they’re malnourished eating sandwiches and bags of potato chips in a migrant detention center somewhere like it is of more importance. It’s all absurd and hypocritical, but it all starts to make sense when you understand foreign mass immigration is a tool of capitalism for monetary exploitation. It’s always the big money behind every push for foreign mass immigration.
And once because of me! Or i should say i was involved in causing his homelessness by being in housing circumstances myself that would not permit it, caused by the State. He got fucked by the State through me. I was an accomplice to a proletariat’s homelessness by inviting him into a situation that would conclude with him having to leave shortly after arriving.
The only place we (me and my roommate) could afford was a single bed motel room converted into a monthly apartment that was sinking into a hole in the ground. When he arrived to party with us, we quickly found that the amount of space required to accommodate three philosophers (and a quaker parrot) at epistemological odds with each other was insufficient to sustain a civil symposium of discourse for very long. The cramped space served to exacerbate what were originally minor discrepancies between theorists. For instance, my roommate was a Jensenite, the traveler was a nihilist transforming into a Maoist and i was a marxist sociopath perv turning into an anarchist perv. This meant that we had to create an eco-friendly clean energy but meaningless libertine dictatoriship of the proletariat in order to co-exist in such a cramped space. No party would yield their fundamental principles, and the symposium collapsed. The traveler was once again waiting at a bus stop to wander somewhere else… with no real plan.
Had my living space been sufficient, had i reasonably good paying employment, had i no problems finding a decent rental without bedbugs and landlords that smell like old Milwaukee, the symposium would have flourished even in such a state of philosophical conflict.
It may have even evolved to assimilate The Van Clan’s peoples much as Sparta assimilated surrounding rogue colonies.
MrAuthoritarian, have you ever tried thinking a bit more broadly?
For example, I, a Demon, find it amusing to read about these so-called “evil capitalists.”
Would you like me to completely dismantle all your arguments?
Up to a certain point, the pursuit of wealth makes sense. But beyond that, only power remains — money becomes just a tool.
Think about it: there’s no real difference between having a billion and a hundred billion.
MrAuthoritarian, I completely agree with you within the scope of the specific issue you’re exploring.
But would you like me to explain, just for laughs, why “capitalists” are villains?
If you understand the explanation, I think you’ll end up laughing for quite a while.
Yeah, i wouldn’t call a capitalist a villain. At worst, a capitalist can be not very intelligent by not understanding that what he thinks is ethical isn’t in fact and that he’s confused… and this incompetence is unattractive in a person. One would respect this capitalist more if he knew what was going on and was being a dick on purpose. As I’ve always said, a deliberately evil capitalist is still a parasite, but he’s competent about what he is doing. He’s chosen not to care, not to change, not to give a raise, etc. Ergo, a capitalist has to be ruthless to be respected at all. If he isn’t, he’s a putz or an idiot and is being a useless parasite by accident.
But a villian he isn’t. In fact, Cheats (per whatshisname the ESS theory guy) that inhabit a group of Grudgers and Suckers will thrive as long as the Sucker population stays bigger than the Grudger population. And with folks like Tucker Carlson and Glen Beck on the TV, that’s certain to be the case.
So, the capitalist actually has a very decent evolutionarily stable strategy and, as a species, can sustain itself in social groups. By Darwinian standards, this species is a winner, not a criminal.
And we need not hold this species in any moral contempt. We look only at its efficiency and effectiveness as the species that it is. Remember what Aurelius said, bro. Ask first what is the thing. And we know what we have before us. To not feel like something is wrong about what you are doing as an employer means you are a parasite species. This isn’t a decision thought out and carefully weighed. It seems natural for him to do it. He is naturally drawn to wanting to do it. He feels nothing weird about it.
He is what he is, what his nature is, and we must accept this stoically and with grace. Evolution never promised nobility in a species. That’s something a species has to make of itself.
You cannot have a functioning society without taking into account the wants and needs of the majority of the population. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the very few.
I look at capitalism as a malignant tumor or parasite that eventually kills its host. It’s evil in that it only destroys and it festers the disease of damaging greed. I believe humanity deserves better than that.
We dont know if it’ll bring us to ruin, though. It’s theoretically possible that it continues, concentrates even more, and develops the ability to control any dissent to it with little effort (i.e., no revolutions).
Especially with new real-estate coming into view with space travel to the moon and Mars. Plenty of room, plenty of Suckers, and they seem to just keep trudging along eight hours a day every day with little complaining. Nietzsche asked a good question. Why disturb them, then? Why rile them up at all? Soon as you put an idea into a Sucker’s head like this, he’s likely to become a Grudger, and Cheats don’t do well with Grudgers.
