First, you should add her to your ignore and mute lists, which you can do here. If you feel harassed or singled out by her, you can make it so you just never see anything from her anymore. If you aren’t willing to do that, I’d suggest that it isn’t the harassment that’s bothering you.

These posts are crass and written in an inflammatory style, but I’m reluctant to intervene on every post like these, I don’t think anyone wants that.
The second is borderline, and maybe if I knew what “a dropkick” meant I would have decided differently, but I mainly left it because, to the extent that it’s personal, it’s responsive to accusations you made in a previous post, in which you accuse her of insulting you in a post that does not seem to include any direct insults of you – “Stupid fucking Americans and your partisan bullshit” is again borderline in a conversation with an American, but follows “who trains those arseholes” in reference to ICE agents.
These are an example of a case where you have had multiple back-and-forth interactions with the same user, and so you see in her posts something that I can’t see when I review them in isolation. You feel bullied and harassed because of an extended pattern of abuse, but evaluated as individual posts they don’t seem to rise to the level of moderator intervention.
Which is why I encourage you to put someone like that on your ignore and mute lists. You and Victor have exchanged dozens of posts over the past few days, I have not read them all. I have removed several of them following your flags, but from my perspective she has changed her posting style as a result (assuming you’ve continued to flag her worst offenses), since her more recent posts are more on topic and don’t use direct personal insults (again, with the caveat that I don’t know what “a dropkick” is so I’m not sure if it refers to you or to a post or argument).
