Btw, how’s the ginseng supplementation going? I ask, because I started taking Ashwagandha root for It’s adaptogenic properties… having started only taking it from yesterday, I have woken up feeling more refreshed and energised than usual.

I just came back from Monaco, for a [long] weekend… and this was all I ate…
Day 1: …a very expensive Michelin-starred 4-egg omelette, a tequila/lemon alcoholic beverage, and a very expensive bottle of Still mineral water dinner… after having drank a few glasses of champagne at an overly-expensive retired F1-drivers talk earlier, that I didn’t pay for.
Day 2: …two [amazingly-tasty] beautifully-grilled sirloin steaks and never-ending glasses of bottomless bubbles[champagne]… whilst watching the F1 GP semi-finals, track-side.
Day 3: …a 1 1/2 bananas and an inexpensive bottle of ‘quality’ white Bordeaux late-night dinner… after having had 2 glasses of a Bordeaux Chardonnay at a wine-house… during a whole day of sight-seeing around the city-centre/Monte Carlo.
Day 4: …a midnight onglet steak and 4 fried-eggs dinner and a long glass of home-made kombucha after finally arriving home, after having fed the cat and finally relieved my bowels after the 4 days.

For food i have cooked perogies, will fry onions.
and have garlic alfredo sauce and farmer’s sausage,
to add to the perogies for flavor.

…just over a week since starting taking and the ashwagandha has kicked in nicely, of which the benefits have been many… more energy and focus, being just two of them. I’ll leave the ginseng to the males… it’s far too harsh for me and my female constitution.
I don’t think we were ever meant to eat plants for nutrients and fibre, but to drink fresh water from rivers and streams that they leached their goodness into… makes sense.

I made taco beef and had it with left over perogies.
John liked it too. Hazel will be home late, but when
she gets back, i will give her some of the taco perogy food too.
I got sausages in a bag, a can of black olives, have a can of mushrooms at home already, but got pasta sauce and alfredo too. This will be toppings for my green spaghetti. Am cooking it as i type.
Zuccini, broccoli, spinach and parsley, veg infused spaghetti.

We’ve been talking about the visit for a while now.
He is a pretty busy kind of person, but that is okay.
I don’t have a lot of plans lately. Just going to church on Sunday.
I will shop for something tomorrow i figure.
I made chicken soup today.
1 rotisery chicken, 4 ichiban chicken noodle soup ramen, 1 bag frozen Japanese style veg. and some knorr chicken soup sauce.
I ate some. It turned out great. But the juice absorbed into the noodles so there is no juice in the soup. So it is more like a noodle stew now, i guess.

I made a big salad with nachos, mozza, tomato, ranch and french dressing.
All on iceberg lettuce.
I gave a bit to Hazel : she loved it. 10 / 10.
I went to north gate and got the salad ingredients.
I also got tea and a berry muffin at Tim’s.
But I forgot to deposit my rent check.
I’ll do that tomorrow.
There is no rush.
I mainly plan to meditate today and also
eat up the rest of the nacho salad, as there is a lot of it.
I had nacho salad twice.
I made the taco beef for the missionaries.
I will bring them it on Sunday; frozen in tupper ware.
I plan to also bring them perogies and apple juice.
